Prepping for success!

Ok today I am going to prepare my meal plan for tomorrow and plan what I am going to eat the day before instead of as my stomach is growling and I want to eat NOW! So that is my challenge for to day. I will edit this blog later with what I am doing as I'm doing it. Gotta go for right now. Be Back later.

Well life got out of hand a little bit this evening. But I am going to have toast with a little peanut butter on it for breakfast. I didn't get to the store so I will need to leave it at that for right now.

One thing I did tonight that kept me from aimlessly snacking was I cleaned house tonight. I was busy trying to get the house cleaned, worked up a nice sweat! and I didn't binge!!! emoticon I have been struggling the past few days with my evening getting out of hand. I broke the cycle I am thrilled!!! Well it is really late Good Night Spark People!!! Thank you for being here!!!
