Goal setting January 2013

Setting a SMART goal right now!

My goal is to lose 15 lbs by my best friend's wedding. Which is exactly 20 weeks from today, May 25th. That means I need to lose 1.33 lbs per week. Definitely achievable!

I will go from my starting weight this morning of 159, to my goal weight of 144.

I will achieve this goal by following other, smaller daily goals of
1. Exercising at least 10 minutes a day2. Eating at least 1 serving of fruit and 1 serving of vegetables daily.
3. Going to a one hour Zumba class at least twice a week
4. Doing the 30 day Shred video at least 3 times a week.
5. Doing at least 5 minutes of Yoga each night before bed as a means of improving my flexibility, as well as relaxation before sleeping.

I know I can do it! I will look HOT in my beautiful bridesmaids dress! I ordered my dress this past Wednesday, and by the time it comes in, they will have alter it to take it in!

Here's the awesome dress I get to wear in 20 weeks to stand by my best friend when she gets married! I can't wait!
