Had a great week and I know everyone isn't used to be going all week without writing. I have a bridal shower to go to in March and I'd like to get rid of a huge chunk of weight before that event. It's 9 weeks away, how can I go wrong? My body is getting too comfortable at 172, I need to break it out of that habit. I need a lot more consistency with my workouts. That's been the hardest part, making it part of my daily day again. It's days like this I wish I had a friend that worked out too and would help hold me accountable by going to the gym with me every day. I need to make a better effort for myself. I have the time now.

My bike is fixed and ready for the season. Today's weather didn't cooperate as it was supposed to but tomorrow might. You can really notice the difference in the sunset now, it's so much lighter still at 5pm. I've been working on getting better sleep during the weekdays, I've been getting the most horrible sleep between 2 and 5am every night for years. It got bad again recently and I'm not going to let it interfere. I'm taking melatonin before bed now and it's helping. Adding regular workouts is a key part of this solution as well. I can never ignore that.

I'm headed to see my family for dinner, I hope everyone has a great Saturday night.
