Every little positive encouragment helps. I weighed in also, after my first week of being on the program and was down 1 pound. Two would have been nicer, but I had set my goal at 1lb/week and I had succeeded even with the many goofs I had made! Now I'm really psyched...just think of what I can do with fewer goofs!!!
I have been really good all day but this evening will be a test. Finally relaxing in front of the TV in the evening is my worst snacking time. However, I have a plan...I purchased some needlework to keep my hands busy and out of the trouble 1356 days ago
