Still on track

Well, I missed a day... yesterday, the intention was there. Hubby said he wanted to go to the gym with me, so I waited til he got home from work. Well, workout time never materialized. I just have to stick to my guns and do it... with or without him!
So today, we both went! I did my mile on the treadmill at my regular clip of 3 mph for 20 minutes. Felt great! Monday, I plan to add some circuit machines to my daily "walk". Hopefully, I can do that Monday, Weds, & Fridays. As well as step up my walking workout to one of the set workouts on the treadmill. But, Sunday will be rest day... so enjoy your weekend and we'll meet up on Monday!
