First, I'm down this week to 203.2!! Woot! Total loss so far of 6.6lbs, which means only .4lbs left for my goal of a 7lb loss this month, and about 4lbs until I'm in ONEderland!! Woo-hoo!!!!! To be honest, I was a little concerned I wasn't going to lose at all, and possibly gain, b/c I was up about half a pound earlier in the week, but then that TOM started so I think that may have been it. I'm curious to see if things start to regulate themselves since the diet I'm following has helped others with PCOS with that and even conceiving without the use of fertility meds, so we'll see. I think I'm a little apprehensive about it b/c even when I was a healthy weight and physically active, I was super irregular and not ovulating, so we'll see what happens.
Friday I ended up using a break day instead of working out b/c we had dinner at my in-laws, and I didn't have time to do it before we went over there. I planned on doing the workout today (today was supposed to be a break day) but it's not looking too good right now, since it's late and I still have to run another errand or two. I'm thinking tomorrow I'll get caught up after church and breakfast. It's getting easier I think, but I still have to take it easy on some moves b/c of my knee. If that keeps up, I think I'll have to get it looked at when I go for my physical in August.
Today I cheated a tiny bit, but I'm trying to stay on track the rest of the day and weekend.
