Having a Hard Time

Need some advice,having some health problems, and am suffering from Panic attacks at night. I am eating to relieve the tension,something I don't want to do.. I have had a cold and sinus trouble , from all this worry.. I dislike winter and the darker days make me feel sad... I have tried going to different places and keep moving, but when dusk come I feel them coming on..I just let things get out of control,nothing serious is wrong, I feel fine don't know why I am so upset... Any advice will be greatly appreciated.. thank you in advance.. emoticon

    Definitely talk to your doctor about it. Ask them to check your vitamin D levels. I have to do that periodically. Also, my doctor gave me an Rx for something to help ward off the anxiety bouts I have a night. I didn't like having to resort to an Rx but I need to sleep. Best of luck! Pat

    Have you tried one of those special lights for Seasonal Affected Disorder? I've seen them for sale in the $25-50 range. Might be worth the investment?
