still getting use to this

My body has been giving me fits today because its not use to eating 1200 or less calories a day. Yesterday I did a little more hoping it would start my weight loss back up because I had stopped losing. We'll see...lol. I hope this fatigue doesnt last too long because it really makes it hard to exercise.

    I have found for me a small snack in the afternoon is the trick so I don't overeat in the evening good luck emoticon

    Im thinking about trying 1400 calories instead...i did that and it isnt as bad. My worst time is the time between lunch and supper. Thatll allow me to have a small snack in between.

    If you don't eat enough calories as suggested on here you could put your body into starvation mode and it will keep the weight on instead of loosing it

    It's a formula, up to a point. You eat the required number of calories that the computer tells you and if you're not losing, you back it off some each day and see if the scale begins to move. However, it seems like 1200 is the rock bottom number for females, so please don't go under that.

    Be sure to take care of yourself. Don't cut back too much. Your body needs the calories for health and energy. Wishing you the best. emoticon
