Setting myself up for success

Today I went and bought a HDMI cable so I can hook my laptop to my tv in the gameroom to do Coach Nicole's videos on the big screen. I bought a new set of measuring spoons and cups. I also bought a 3 ring binder with clear plastic page protectors and I am going to make recipe binder of all my favorite healthy recipes. I have piles of printed recipes everywhere in mty house. I also rewarded myself for having over 1000 fitness minutes the last 3 months and bought myself Spark People's new total body sculpting dvd.Barnes and Noble also had a sale and buy 2 dvd's get1 free so I bought a Jillian Michaels Kickboxing dvd , Trudie Styler Ballet workout dvd and Leslie Sansone Belly busting walk. I have a variety to match my mood. I am not l going to let the scale tell me how I should feel. I feel leaner, I feel strong. emoticon

One of the first rewards I got for myself was a second digital food scale so I can take it with me when I visit or travel.

I also have a recipe binder in the kitchen - we cook from it rather than cookbooks.


Weight does not dictate your health or your worth!

    I want to build myself a Weight Loss Planning kit or something similar. I've recently found many recipes that would be great on plan. The possibilities are endless!

    Way to go!!! It is awesome that you are focusing on things other than the scale! It is so hard when the scale doesn't move but you know that you are making better choices.
