How I spread the Spark

Saturday, January 12, 2013

I'm quickly approaching the end of the 90 day SparkCoach program. Today's assignment was to blog about how I've Spread the Spark.

I have Sparked a number of friends and acquaintances. One of my Spyder riding buddies YZ-WMN is the Spark I'm proudest of . . . from the beginning, she's been going strong, sticking with the program and is still losing.
emoticon It's a lot of fun having motivators, accountability buddies, and someone to commiserate and compare notes with. The more the merrier and I highly recommend it.

Another Sparky opportunity was my follow-up visit at the Dr's office after I had been with SP only a month. The Dr, his PA and MA were astounded by my progress and they actually asked to be Sparked! My Dr said he had a lot of patients he wanted to pass the info along to, and the MA said she was going to use Spark for her own fitness/weightloss program.

Sharing likes, challenges, updates, etc., on Facebook has generated a lot of Sparking opportunities as well.

I've been an Arbonne Consultant for around 18 years and absolutely love their botanically derived health and beauty aids (no animal products or harmful chemicals). A couple of years ago, Arbonne introduced a nutritional weight loss program using pea protein (rather than lactose or soy).

Since I've done so much research along these lines, I've partnered with another Arbonne friend towards introducing a weight loss/nutrition program using the Arbonne products and SparkPeople. It's a perfect combination.

Today is the big meeting where it will be introduced, so I'm really excited about that. (If you're interested in more info, let me know. I can hook you up to receive a good discount.)

Those are only some of the ways I've spread the Spark.

When you have a positive personal experience with something that works, it's only natural to want to share it with everyone ya know. At least it is for me.

How do you like to spread the Spark?
