Wonderful stir fry with coconut oil which I have to skim off of, but made Cajun flavor--yum yum! I really had not had it since before my daughter was born, but getting back into it. Since I have delved into vegan or extreme vegetarian as my daughter calls it is such a good protein option for me! I'm also getting into hemp protein too...still not thrilled about the rice protein but that which does not kill me makes me stronger.
As for the eating's effects on my body, still pretty pleased with it--and honestly have not consumed or craved sweets other than fruit-there are strawberries with my name on it in my refrigerator this evening!

Of course, hundreds of burpees, squats, Tae-Bo, sprinting, heavy weights and Jillian Michaels helped! Stay blessed all!!
