kinda off to a bad start-

didn't get a chance to have breakfast-

lunch was a chilli cheese dog, baked beans and a sweet tea

finished the day eating strawberries, turkey jerky, 3 pieces of skinny cow (i forget if thats the name) candy and some of a bolthouse chocolate protein shake. Felt good after drinking that-I felt full and not stuffed and was at peace with the bad eating choices because we went food shopping and I stocked up on healthy choices--but now I feel really sick I have such a stomach ache and I'm wondering if its because of this bad eating day. I haven't had a stomach ache in a really long time and I've had other bad eating days so I dont know--hopefully it'll pass soon.

    Just do better with dinner. I have a lot of times I am not able to eat breakfast so I bought a box of granola bars to have on hand for those quick times :) Maybe something like that could help you!! Good luck!!
