WOW, a metric ton of stuff has happened since November!
Cleared the house of boxes (mostly), got new furniture and appliances, got a new computer, got internet access... wow! STUFF.
One of the things I've done is scope out places where I can exercise. From my house to one of the major roadways is a 1 mile roundtrip walk. I have a pool, cleaned and warmed, so when it isn't Girl Time, that's in use.
I'm planning what I can do with my new fruit trees when they mature.
I'm figuring out an eating schedule. I've decided on Junk Food Fridays - now I have to remember to KEEP IT to Friday and not Friday + weekend.
Most importantly, I need to find exercises I can do that will help me get rid of my back fat. I have so much of it, I feel I should wear a bra on the BACK of me, too. It is distressing to know it's back there; to know there is actually a skeleton beneath all the flab and muscle, but nobody would know it if they didn't have a clue about basic human anatomy.
I've decided I have to keep things I know are good for me in the house, and only on JFFs will I indulge - and I will either go out to get it or I will get it the day before and WAIT.
I must learn patience.
In the meantime, I've got plenty to keep me busy.
