Achievements for the week- I exercised 7 out of 7 days. I drank 9 glasses of water 7 out of 7 days. I ate only healthy, staying at 1200-1500 calorie days focusing on lean meat and foundation veggies and some minor healthy fat/carbs for energy for 7 out of 7 days!! My reward????? My weight loss for the week was 6.6 Pounds!!!!! HOLY COW baby. I know most weeks won't even come close to being that amazing and the first week is water weight plus fat- but yeah. I am pleased as punch. Very happy. And I decided when I hit the 20 pounds loss mark I am getting a Keurig as my reward! .
