The workout Nazi!

I just did my first set of high impact workouts. It was 15 minutes from Mya my virtual workout coach. Shes my favorite workout Nazi. I think Jillian Micheals takes notes from her. Shes insane. But she worked me good! I'm pouring sweat and shaking...AWESOME! Time for my smoothy as I also have developed a want for clean eating again. Then my shower and I will suppose my love with a date tonight. We sooooo need it! ;)

    I'm so proud of you, girl! You are totally rockin' it! Keep it going! Remember what you did today. Write down what you ate, what workout you did, and how you felt afterward. That way, when you get off track, you can look back and say hey, i felt so accomplished and confident after this, why did i stop! Hope you enjoyed date night:)
