been sick.

On monday jan 7 i got up and felt dizzy, nauses, and weak. I called out of work and slept all day. The next day i called work to let them know that i was still not feeling good. I called my doctor and i went to see him. He said i got the flu ( i was like great) i have to kids at home that just got over beening sick and know i am sick. So since monday i have been resting. Today is sat jan 12 i finally getting around slowly but shortly. I still feel a little weak. Going to take it slow. My doctor said that this weakness and feeling slugish for about a week. I was like oh my god. i been trying to work out and all but cant. Hopefully i can starting next week. i had to put going back to the gym on hold untill i get better. I was eating soup and bread and drinking alot of water. Today i finally got a chance to eat something else instead of soup and bread.

My plans for next week
1. Get myself feeling better.
2. Go to the gym
3. eat healthier.
4. Keep telling myself i can do this.
