is 10 minutes enough?

Saturday, January 12, 2013

Seems like I can't get more then 10 minutes to exercise lately. The rest is housework, lugging wood over from the shed several times a day, lugging my 1 yr old all over the place all hrs of the day and night, seems like 10 minutes doesn't feel like its doing anything really. But its over and done with for the day and I guess I've accomplished something for myself. Well hope you all have a good day!

When I first started SP, 10 minutes was all I did for awhile. As the others have said, 10 min is still better than 0 min. emoticon

10 is definitely better than nothing but maybe you can try for 10 minutes 3 times a day? I hope you find a little more time to get some more exercise in :)

Girl, lugging wood sounds like physical movement and exercise to me. Do what you can when you can. Ten minutes is something. Give yourself credit for what you are doing. emoticon

10 minutes minimum. Do another 10 minutes later when you can.

10 minutes is better than 0 minutes! Add 2 more 10 minute exercise breaks & you're at 30 minutes for the day!
