Making the Habits Stick

I'm so happy that I am getting tired around 9pm and sleep through the night. It's been a long time since I've been this normal. The complex that I mannage required that I live on sight for the first year & I had a "Zombie" living upstairs - she had a sleeping disorder & would MOVE FURNITURE all night long! Being the manager, you would think there would be reprocussions from this, but there are so many stinking laws protecting residents, it just wasn't worth the fight.

Now that we're in our own home, both of us have been sleeping soundly all night long. What a concept!! So I've been getting up around 6am, giving me enough time to wander in the gym & figure out a workout. I love having the freedom to get it done in the morning & use different equipment. I have come up with a pretty good schedule & I am easing into a full blown 40 min. workout 5 days a week. Here it is:

Tuesday - Bike / Weights / Box
Wednesday - Turbo
Thursday - Bike / Weights / Box
Friday - Turbo
Saturday - Bike / Weights / Box
Sunday - Walk / Yoga
Monday - Rest
