here is a recipe for a good healthy pizza, i havent tried to do the calories, etc.... this is my own recipe either use a whole size whole wheat pizza crust, or two slices whole wheat sub if single serving... instead of pizza sauce, i use chunky salsa all the veggies u love, mushrooms, onions, green, red peppers, etc any veggies you want ground turkey browned or turkey pepperoni skim mozzeralla cheese and there you have it its really tasty, i use a little sprinkling of garlic and just prepare to taste
