Wow am I so out of shape! My treadmill's delivery got delayed so it didn't get in until last night. I got it put together fairly quickly. This morning was the first morning I got to walk with it. Boy an I out of shape. All I did was walk for 45 minutes but I'm already sore two hours later! Its on a slight incline so I felt like it worked some of my lower back muscles in addition to my legs. I guess its good that I got this though so that I can be more active and not feel out of shape from a simple activity such as walking!

Eating has been going well this week. I've cooked a lot of good meals filled with vegetables. Its nice to be eating healthy again. I just feel better. I am still craving some junk food like chocolate chip cookies.

As your body's chemistry gets back in alignment, the cravings will ease a lot. As you bring your sodium down to the normal range and keep you blood sugar level by eating several times a day, your cravings for salty or sweet snacks will eventually fade away.

Any cravings you have will be spiked psychologically by seeing that dark chocolate bar on television or that bowl of chips. That's why they show them in the commercial. BE STRONG at those times.

    It sounds like you are doing a great job! Keep on keeping on!

I am not sure that we ever lose our craving for some things!
