Specific - lose 50lbs
Measurable - wear a size 6
Attainable - lose 1-2lbs per week
Realistic - setting NO deadline to when I "should" reach 50lbs lost; just lose it :)
Timely - take it one hour at a time: eat MY foods, drink, live, relax, exercise & sleep
