My BLC team requires me to post this....
Planning planning planning they say its all about planning..
so wat i have planned...
workout no matter what for 20 mins min 5 times per week
eat veggies n veggies
workout more on weekends
lose 5 kgs min
lose some inches on my waist,hip, n neck
finish assignments for my training on time every month
3 days every month training for family medicine
