My BLC team requires me to post this....

Planning planning planning they say its all about planning..

so wat i have planned...

emoticon workout no matter what for 20 mins min 5 times per week

emoticoneat veggies n veggies

emoticonsleep well

emoticondrink well

emoticonworkout more on weekends

emoticonlose 5 kgs min

emoticonlose some inches on my waist,hip, n neck

emoticonfinish assignments for my training on time every month

emoticon3 days every month training for family medicine

emoticonavoid sweets
