I'm having a good food management week. My holiday weight is gone and I'm at the high end of the 3 pounds that I've been going up and down with all these months.

Just sticking with the plan. I really need to remember that I have a history of attaining my goals and that this is just one goal.

I've got about 3 more lbs to go to get the holiday weight back off.

    Congrats on the holiday weight being gone. That is truly an accomplishment this soon after them. I'm always losing the same 3 to 5 pounds. Read that when you are within the right BMI that happens. I don't care, I still want to see 128 on the scale.
