Food tracker

I updated my weight today and updated the food tracker. I am going to experiment with moving around in this range to see if that helps. The scale moved this week, but only by 2 ounces. I will take it! It is a move in the right direction!

    Logging food is a definite plus! It really helps me see what I need to eat and when I am going wrong. I love it! emoticon emoticon
