Day 20: Continued Progress...

Well, roughly three weeks now, and I'm continuing to lose, so not going to complain. I will likely weigh myself tomorrow to get the most current reading, but as of a couple of days ago, I was down 23 pounds. I wouldn't object to being around the 30 pound mark when I weigh-in again, but will not be disappointed if there is only another pound or two gone--after all, it's already 23 pounds less than I did around Christmas.

Today I'll actually start doing some real exercise. I have been having issues with my back of late, so my exercise has been limited to taking "walking breaks" at work ( I have a desk job, so getting up and moving around feels great some days), and relatively quick and easy work outs here and there. This weekend, I am planning on getting back to Tae-Bo, starting with the instructional/basic work out. Tae-Bo is more of an all over work out, which will provide a balanced attack on the fat, although I am looking for core exercises right now...I'm tired of the 'Bubble in the middle" and really want to find things that will address that issue.

And, for additional support/motiviation, etc., I'm joining with some fellow employees for our version of "The Biggest Loser". Still waiting on additional details, but sounds like it will be fun.
