I have tried for several years to lose weight. This includes going to my doctor's weight loss clinic every other week and doing everything they said, and submitting my written food journals to them each time. I have tried everything to make the scale budge.
I was cautiously optimistic that this Thyroid Diet might make my hypothyroid metabolism budge - and miracles of miracles - the scales are showing a three pound weight loss right now. I think some of that might bounce back up, but I am so thankful. I think I have found an approach that works!
My one challenge is that I am triggering migraines by taking my carbs too low...so I am working with that.
