I surpassed my calorie goal yesterday by a ridiculous amount. I've slowly been exercising less. I'm worried that I'm slipping again. I know I can do this because I've done it before. I have more accountability this time. I joined the Blue Team on the Wii Fit Plus Biggest Loser Challenge, and I'm going the Jumpstart January Challenge. I have to stick with it. I was doing so good for awhile. Once school started back up after holiday break, it was harder to find time to exercise.
I just need to keep pushing and get back on track. No more beating myself up about what happened yesterday.
