Slipping

Saturday, January 12, 2013

I surpassed my calorie goal yesterday by a ridiculous amount. I've slowly been exercising less. I'm worried that I'm slipping again. I know I can do this because I've done it before. I have more accountability this time. I joined the Blue Team on the Wii Fit Plus Biggest Loser Challenge, and I'm going the Jumpstart January Challenge. I have to stick with it. I was doing so good for awhile. Once school started back up after holiday break, it was harder to find time to exercise.

I just need to keep pushing and get back on track. No more beating myself up about what happened yesterday.

You seem to be doing great- just don't let one day bleed into another of not doing any exercise or over eating.

I slipped up for 3 months...gained all the weight back that I had lost. Didn't get me down, but an invite to Baja CA renewed my motivation and provided incentive for me to lose it again.

Yesterday (and it's calories) are gone, forever.

The best use of today .... is to not allow yesterdays choices to ruin it.

Hang in there. Progress isn't always forward steps. Just keep moving

You can do it! I hate having school start up again because it typically derails me a but but we can make it through. Start each day with the same vigor as the very first day you were excited!

Glad you realized that the best way to get rid of that "beat myself up syndrome" is to exercise and use that frustration to burn off some of those extra calories.

I want to wish you the best in your journey. I know that you can do this & have a great school year.
