Still on track

I have added peanuts to my list of things I CAN eat! This is good news, an easier source of protein. I can eat gluten, I had barley with no problem. Wheat is not on my list yet, I am afraid of it for right now. I am going to stay right where I am food wise, and stay away from milk, corn and wheat. I know for sure corn is out, I tried again and I suffered so! I will try lactaid milk in Feb. to see if my reaction was from the lactose. I am proud of myself for continuing to avoid artificial sweeteners. I have tried to do this for years. It is quite an accomplishment for me.

    Congrats on staying away from foods that your body doesn't work well with!! Staying away from artificial sweetners is a HUGE deal! I hope to be on that team of successful people,too! And soon!
