I have added peanuts to my list of things I CAN eat! This is good news, an easier source of protein. I can eat gluten, I had barley with no problem. Wheat is not on my list yet, I am afraid of it for right now. I am going to stay right where I am food wise, and stay away from milk, corn and wheat. I know for sure corn is out, I tried again and I suffered so! I will try lactaid milk in Feb. to see if my reaction was from the lactose. I am proud of myself for continuing to avoid artificial sweeteners. I have tried to do this for years. It is quite an accomplishment for me.
