This webite is immense! I found a 5k training program on here and got weekone day one under my belt.

Excited to lose my wieght this year!

    emoticon I started running 5 years ago - well actually, I started with walking first and built up to running. If you hate it at first, don't give up. It took me a full year before I actually "enjoyed" running. It is a FANTASTIC way to burn calories!!!

    Congrats! I just finished week 2 on the Couch to 5k (C25K) last night!
