Talk about slacking.... I am back, and committed.

Breakfast:
Americano, cream (50)
Yogurt, blueberries, oats (250)

Lunch:
Lettuce, cherry tomatoes, red pepper, 2 tsp balsamic dressing, shredded cheese
= 250

Dinner:
Olive bread, mozzarella, lettuce
= 700

Snacks:
Blueberries (25)
Banana (125)
Herbal tea
Cereal (250)
Americano, cream (50)
Blueberries (100)
= 550

Calories so far: 1800

Exercise so far: 45 minute walk, yoga (60 min), 1 hour long walk
