Saved by Reading the Blogs

I have been very discouraged lately. Yesterday and today I read some blogs that really hit home and I am so thankful for those that took the time to write them and help others. I also read something that Coach Nicole wrote on Facebook and that was a lifesaver. She said that even if you are not losing weight, the exercise you are doing is creating positive changes inside your body. I was going to take time off from Sparking but after reading all this I did some exercising and started to track my food in a journal. I am so relieved I did not give up.

    We all get frustrated & feel discouraged at times...it's natural! My thoughts are that as long as I'm moving forward, then I'm not going backwards! If that makes any sense at all! LOL What I mean by that is, I'm eating healthy & I'm exercising everyday...I may not be tracking & I may not always mindful of what I put in my mouth...but overall, I'm moving foward!

    Sometimes ya just gotta "fake it, until ya make it!" Simple as that! And...NEVER ever give up on yourself! You're so worth the effort!!!

    good for you. after all, giving up means a life of not trying. even if you arent losing weight or inches, a healthy life still needs exercise and movement, and good foods.

    I love reading blogs too: I find that having a good old browse when I'm hungry or down really helps put things in perspective or gives me fresh ideas. I'm sure you'll find your way out of your current slump, but until then stick with it - we're all here for you.
