I have been very discouraged lately. Yesterday and today I read some blogs that really hit home and I am so thankful for those that took the time to write them and help others. I also read something that Coach Nicole wrote on Facebook and that was a lifesaver. She said that even if you are not losing weight, the exercise you are doing is creating positive changes inside your body. I was going to take time off from Sparking but after reading all this I did some exercising and started to track my food in a journal. I am so relieved I did not give up.
