I have to admit this method has helped me get my mind set. I'm not quit there yet but is getting better to control my emotions.
Today I'm planning my next week's meal plan, this is not easy for me but I can't let an emotional roller coaster take over my life style and robbed me from my health and the way I was feeling before I went off the cliff.
