First of all, I want to thank those that commented on my paintings. You all were just too kind! Really made me feel like continuing to paint.
So, I got back on track yesterday after the "pig out" hamburger and fries on Thursday. I always find it so interesting how long it takes to lose the "scale weight" after eating out with reckless abandonment. It's no wonder that one would continue to put weight on if eating like that at every meal. With me, I get right back to plan and eat my roughly 1200 calories which is "normal" eating for me but it still takes several days to lose the splurge weight. As you all know this is all part of my maintenance plan.....to eat normal 1200 calories and get a little under goal weight and then I can splurge with DH. It just is frustrating to see the scale increase even if it's only another half pound after a day of "good" eating......oh well, I will continue on and know that it will come off.
