Exercise (Between the good and the bad)

Funny, but I have posted before about this I'm sure...

90% of the time, when it is time to exercise, there is that internal struggle, "oh, I'll skip today", "I don't feel like it", or get caught up in something where the time to exercise just went out the window, on and on.."it is boring", "it really won't make a difference", etc. etc. I have these conversations all the time with myself.

Normally, I'll say to myself, "just do it for 15 minutes, or just 30 minutes", "you know you always feel better afterwards".

Bottom line is, most definitely do feel better afterwards, not just physically but mentally. And most times I do my 30 minutes or 45 depends on time.

Most times when I say I'll go for just part of my walk, once out in the fresh air, I go the whole distance.

There are times where I really am tired and just go part way, but mostly if you could get out there, or on your exercise bike, elliptical whatever your preference, you know YOU will feel better..

So enjoy the day, it is warm in the northeast for a great walk.

So which angel will you listen tooooo "the good or the bad"?
