A is for ABOVE and BEYOND...Does competition push you? Yes, I think so. Well, sort of. Maybe? In certain ways?
B is for BLC rounds... Newbie?(first BLC round) Oldie?(1-3 rounds) Goldie?(long time BLCer)? Former BLC team(s)? Goldie - I have been a Pixie for 2 years (6 rounds). I was an Amazon Warrior for 1 round.
C is for CHILDREN...you have? No, but one of my closest friends is having her first sometime in the next few weeks. I'm very excited!
D is for DOWNFALL...what's your biggest temptation? Hmm, I can only pick one? These days, it would be sweets. I often want one or forty after a meal
E is for EARLY Bird or Night Owl? Hahaha...both. Sleep is one of my struggles. I like being awake.
F is for FURRY FRIENDS...you have? I wish! I want a dog. But I travel too much.
G is for GROCERIES...what do you fill your cart with? In the USA...sugar-free pudding. In Japan, I tend to hit the perimeter for freggies, eggs, and meat.
H is for HOME...where do you call home? I live in Wakkanai, Japan, which is in the far north of Japan. On clear days, we can see the Russian island of Sakhalin. In the USA, my home state is Mississippi.
I is for INSPIRE...who or what is your role model/inspiration? Many Pixies inspire me to do a little more and push a little harder.
J is for JOB...What do you do for a living? I'm an Assistant Language Teacher in Japan. I visit 11 different schools to give the students a taste of real English.
K is for KEEP IT SIMPLE...What's your healthy focus when short on time? Getting in a workout
L is for LOG...Do you use the Nutrition and Fitness trackers? My goal this year is to consistently use the fitness tracker and increase my usage of the nutrition tracker.

N is for NAME...What's the meaning behind your sparkname? I am Elizabeth, and I live in Japan.
O is for OUNCES...How many ounces of water do you consume on a daily basis? Uh, yesterday I had about about 54 ounces of severely adulterated water...I'm feeling convicted and am drinking a bottle of the plain stuff now.
P is for PRODUCE...How many fruits and veggies do you consume daily? 3-6

R is for ROUTINE...Average number of days and minutes you exercise weekly? Usually 5 days a week and a minimum of 30 min a day.
S is for STATURE...How tall are you? 5'7"
T is for TIME...What time zone are you in? Currently...CST. As of next week, Japan Standard Time (EST +14)
U is for UNWIND...What is your favorite past time or hobby? Running. I love it! My 2nd favorite is traveling by train.
V is for VACATION...If you could travel anywhere, what destination would you choose? Asheville, NC with my 2 dear friends.
W is for WEIGHT WORKOUT...Do you follow a consistent ST program? Yes, my gym set me up with one, but it is my least favorite type of exercise.
X is for "X" MARKS THE SPOT...What do you want to see happen these 12 weeks, other than the scale move? For fitness, I want to consistently strength train and start dropping my 5K time. For nutrition, I want to break my sugar habit.
Y is for YESTERDAY...Do you dwell on poor choices or allow them to push you forward? I used to dwell on poor choices. Now, I just think about how I'm going to do better in the future.
Z is for ZERO...name one weight loss tool you couldn't live without? The BLC - this is a long journey, and the BLC makes it a whole lot more enjoyable.
