Spark Coach Assignment: Healthy Weight

Well, if a scale didn't exist, I'd be lost:} Ok, there are other ways to tell if I'm at a healthy, happy weight.
No folds at waist. That would be key. Part of that is my age (52) but part of it is not.
I work out fairly regularly and have energy so that would not really change but I would want it remain constant.
Eating healthy would be another way to tell if I'm at a happy, healthy weight. If I'm eating correctly, excess weight would not be an issue.
