I had a very stressful day yesterday. At one point, I could feel an anxiety attack coming on and quickly went outside to walk it off as best I could. In the end, I stood my ground and made it through the day. I purposely didn't plan anything other than what I needed to do so as to be able to sit and try to regain my calmness.
Knowing that yesterday was looming could very well have a bearing on my retaining water and gaining weight. Now that it's over, I can re-start and re-invent myself and get back on track. I am looking forward to losing the weight I have gained and getting healthier again, but physically and mentally. Onward and upward...
