I weighed myself today. Four days early. I've stayed pretty true to my diet and exercise this week and wanted to make sure I was on the right track. My scale has me UP two pounds. WTF?! Maybe I need to drink more water. My sodium has been VERY off track the past couple of days.
There was a time that I would be discouraged by this, but right now I just want to learn my lesson to ensure success.
