Well so far this year I am managing to get organized. I am sticking with the task and slowly getting things done. I have discovered I do not deal well when things do not go as planned. I appear to go with the flow and keep going however this is another emotion trigger for me. I will eat and not always things that are good for me. Do you do this? I have been working through this and this past week managed to push through this a few times. I am trying to exercise through this if I can. Just a thought, maybe a 15 minutes of walking, running the Wii or something when your emotions get to you before you reach for something to go into your mouth.
I also was a little discouraged this morning when I got up to discover the scales have not moved at all. I am determined that this is just a season, probably gained some muscle since I have been exercising. This would normally be another trigger for me. How about you? I am going to still do something good for me today like getting my hair done and know that I am going in the right direction. I am going to "move" through this.
