pink Vikings getting ready

ok girls and boys who are following my blog...but mainly those pink Vikings and my dream team....

I don't want to hear any excuses, last year I was 344 lbs this year I'm starting at 296 lbs this round...I hurt just like everyone else...I'm stiff and ache and experience back pain..and pain in my knees....I have pain on the bottom of my right foot...

with the proper stretches...glass of water and ibuprofen I can do anything...

important thing to remember take care of yourself...take your vitamins, plenty of water and we will concentrate on what we are putting into our bodies ....how to break old habits and create healthier ones...

so what I want you to the next 4 days is track what your eating...be honest with yourself, your the only one whose going to know...keep track of your water intake...keep track of your pain...it's for your benefit....

now with said let's get to practicing ...your challenge for the next 4 days are to do 50 each
sumo squats....
jumping Jack's
mountain climbers
push ups
crunches

do them how you want to do them and take your time doing them....just promise to do them....

    Oh no, I missed that blog! Now I suscribe so I won't missed anything. I'll try to do that tonight, although I'll have to modified the push-up because I can't even do 10 on my knees, so I'll do wall push-up bu with a good incline.

    Just finding this now but today and tomorrow will do the pushups and crunches, and will see about the squats. Jumping jacks and mountain climbers are out due to the stress fracture but squats keep the weight on the heels so those might be ok.

    Excited to be on the Dream Team!
