A is for ABOVE and BEYOND...Does competition push you? Yes!
B is for BLC rounds... Newbie?(first BLC round) Oldie?(1-3 rounds) Goldie? I have been with BLC since BLC 17 and I have been a Pixie the entire time and love my wings!
C is for CHILDREN...you have? I have 2 DD's. My oldest is a Senior in high school and her sister is a Junior in high school.
D is for DOWNFALL...what's you're biggest temptation? Cookies and Potato Chips are really bad for me.
E is for EARLY Bird or Night Owl? I have been a night owl but have had to get up at the crack of doom for work so not by choice I am becoming an early bird.
F is for FURRY FRIENDS...you have? We have one fuzzy child at our house. She is a dingo.
G is for GROCERIES...what do you fill your cart with? Freggies have become my friend!
H is for HOME...where do you call home? New Jersey, USA.
I is for INSPIRE...who or what is your roll model/inspiration? I used Jillian Michaels and Bob Harper for inspiration to stay focused on my weight loss.
J is for JOB...What do you do for a living? I am an administrative assistant for a K-8 charter school.
K is for KEEP IT SIMPLE...What's your healthy focus when short on time? When I am really short on time I have a go to of frozen veggies that I will heat up for a warm meal or a salad.
L is for LOG...Do you use the Nutrition and Fitness trackers? YES! To me using these tools are a must. I would have never been successful in losing over 100 pounds without them!
M is for MARRIED, Single, Involved? I have been happily married for 24 years.
N is for NAME...What's the meaning behind your sparkname? HappyHartz is a name I came up with a longtime ago. I have used it for years for e-mail and I always try to have a happy heart and I am a little different so why not a "z" on the end.
O is for OUNCES...How many ounces of water do you consume on a daily basis? I have at least 8 ounces a day and feel that is a must to lose weight and maintain a healthy body.
P is for PRODUCE...How many fruits and veggies do you consume daily? I try for at least 5 servings but strive for more. I have not been a good pixie recently with this and need to fix this!
Q is for QUOTE...what's your favorite?
R is for ROUTINE...Average number of days and minutes you exercise weekly? When I am being a good pixie I strive for 350 - 450. I believe you should do at least 30 min a day.
S is for STATURE...How tall are you? I am 5 ft. 7in.
T is for TIME...What time zone are you in? I am located in the Eastern Time zone.
U is for UNWIND...What is your favorite pass time or hobby? Hiking, walking, watching movies and traveling.
V is for VACATION...If you could travel anywhere, what destination would you choose? Key west and the desert southwest are two places I would love to go.
W is for WEIGHT WORKOUT...Do you follow a consistent ST program? This is my weak point. I am a cardio girl and really need to do better this round with my ST.
X is for "X" MARKS THE SPOT...What do you want to see happen these 12 weeks, other than the scale move? I want to tone up and get back to a real routine. Since going back to work I have not been as consistent as I would like to be.
Y is for YESTERDAY...Do you dwell on poor choices or allow them to push you forward? Holding on to poor choices or the past is not looking forward. I choose to accept what choices I have made and move forward from that point. What you have done is over, now do the work to fix it from here.
Z is for ZERO...name one weight loss tool you couldn't live without? My living room floor and my DVD's. This is where and what I used to get where I am today.
