Well today I joined the better sleep challenge. So I'm going to use my daily post as my sleep journal too. Last night I got home around 2 and went straight to sleep but woke up every 3 hours until I finally just got up 10:30. Last night was a freak day in my sleeping schedule because my fiance and I went out for his birthday to a friends house. Now for today. I was really planning on using my day off to get in an extra half hour or so of a workout to make up for the lack of workout yesterday but I was starting my workout when work called me in. So I usually will be doing my workouts on Wii Fit with additional stuff thrown in every once in awhile. So I got to weigh myself and do a few sit ups and then it was done. As for my food journal section. I ate a Tillomook Yogurt for breakfast. Then I had a Subway footlong Black Forest Ham with American Cheese, on Italian Herb & Cheese Bread. with olives, mayo, salt and pepper. Then a small bag of Baked Original Lays. And I'm getting ready to go grab an orange and another yogurt. I feel good. a little tired right now but I think a good nights sleep tonight and a little sleeping in tomorrow will be good but I may have to work my first job in the morning and I do work my second job at 2, So we will see
