I did so well for the first week and a half--sticking to setting and accomplishing one goal a day. Then, the first day I didn't accomplish my goal made it easier to give in the next day. I am being more conscious of the food I put in my mouth and I have lost about 3 pounds so far...but, I just have so much trouble fitting in the exercise. I try walking at work but I rarely get breaks and the long, unpredictable hours are just so prohibitive. If it weren't for having to get up to go to the bathroom, I might not even get out of my chair some days (at work). I guess I will have to employ that little trick to use the restroom farthest away from my office...too bad I can only find time to use the bathroom maybe once a shift...Okay, I have to refocus my energy and make it happen! There's got to be a way.
