Willpower and all that stuff

emoticon And they are right when men make plans God laughs! I am finding that the more I try and plan things the crazier everything gets. I am starting to go with the "plan" that even every small step leads to my goals.

I have been having trouble meeting my exercise goals because something always seem to come up that I have to do first. Same with cooking ahead! I cooked this week on Tuesday night instead of Sunday, same with exercising it doesn't have to be all at once first thing in the morning, sometimes I have to break up my treadmill time or exercises into smaller groups but I still get the total time in daily.

It is going to a harder road this time because I know what I did before and am starting all over again. I am using my willpower for thinking clearly and not let my negative thinking become the overriding feeling I have.

I know I will make it especially now that I am back here with all my friends and taking it each day at a time.

it is never to late to start.

my sister lost 105 pounds at age 63 walking 15000 steps a day.

i have lost 44 pounds by giving up grain and sugar products at age 60..

i walk 15000 steps a day.

i use a salad plate as my dinner plate.

i keep mandrtan oranges in the fridge. when the sweet tooth comes on i grab one or two tablespoons of the fruit.
