Back to work - not so good

Hey - So during the holiday break I was very diligent and lost about 5 pounds. One week back at work, only got to the gym once. Ate poorly. EEch. This is what I was afraid of.

Gotta find a way to get back on track.

    I can totally relate to this...not sure what your work situationis but if you are like me, you are sitting still at a desk all day and working lots and lots of hours. I was actually off work for about a month and a half and I was really worried about going back to that...but I just decided that I am going to have to make it work. I've been planning my meals on the weekends, packing up my lunch the night before and using my crock pot A LOT. I decided that my lunch break MUST be spent walking in a nearby park (not sure if you have access to a good place to walk) because I do not have time to go to the gym, nor do I have time to use my treadmill at night...I did miss my walk a couple of times so made myself do at least 20 minutes on the treadmill as soon as I got home from work. Don't know if you have tried these ideas yet or if they would work for your lifestyle, but just remember, next week is a new week!
