Excellent First Day

It wasn't scary at all. It was easy and empowering to make the right choices and to fight off the cravings and temptations. I think the key to my first day's success was good planning.

My successes include following my nutrition plan perfectly and riding my bike trainer for 25 minutes.

Can't wait for tomorrow.
