tail end of the week

Friday, January 11, 2013

I started with a bang on School! Again, this week was going to be IT!! then, it wasn't. It seems that Daily I am hit with SOMETHING that would throw me off my track!

I had to move my buisness all this week, All last week was painting and decorating.. this week, moving spaces. (resale in a consignment space, yadayada)

The school got HIT once again, and not only that, but my workouts! I am tired of being thrown off course daily!

I want to just stick to 1400 calories, I want to just wake up, do the children's school, clean the house, and stick to the routine of it all! BUT its just near impossible at this moment it seems.

The kids? they are schooled, yes, but not on a routine, more on a, "NOW IS THE TIME" moment.. and by the end of the night, we have finished the school work. And I spend the rest of the night playing "over eat" because I have finally settled and the quiet hits me.

SO tonight, I am going to worship and praise the Lord, and ask for HIS direction on how to manage this little household, and shed some tears, because my strength is low, and get His strength to wake up, and start fresh on the last day of this week, instead of trying to do it all on Monday mornings :)

You touched my heart with your blog. You've got so much on your plate, and it's so much easier to manage things when they "stay in line." But isn't it funny how often we get shoved off course when we're doing what's good for us? So I love your idea of prayer first, tears second, then start again with His help. You'll get the help - you know you will - because He promised.

    You aren't alone.

Put all your cares and trust in Him! I know as a single mom I can't do it all by myself, and when I try, I fail miserably.. But.. when I trust and rely on Him, I can do all that needs to be done and then some!
Praying that God gives you the strength you need to succeed daily..
With His help, we can do this! emoticon
