Still no energy, but I am recovering. I can tell because today I just could not stop eating. It wasn't even like, bored eating. I was SO hungry. You know how they tell you to wait ten minutes when you have a craving? I waited an hour twice today and was still hungry. Ridiculous.
So I went about 350 calories over today (and was over on everything else other than protein and cholesterol), and I'm not terribly happy about it. But, I am feeling a lot better, so I am going to start exercising tomorrow. This is a small setback, but it's early in the game, and if I spend too much time beating myself up about it, I'm not going to get anything done. Take your notes and apply what you've learned next time.
Suck it up, buttercup. You've got a long way to go.
