In my last blog I mentioned my gym class schedule is Mon-Thurs and that I would be working out at home on the weekends - with plenty of equipment available for a killer workout...kettlebells, hand weights up to 20 lbs, an 8 lb medicine ball, weighted bar, bosu, stability ball, jumprope, resistance bands, lots of DVDs, and a treadmill.
In the bootcamp classes at the gym I have moved up to using 25 and 30 lb kettlebells. My highest kbell at home was 20 pounds so I decided to take it to the next level and add a 35 pounder to my collection! It arrived today
So excited for my next workout!!
