Over Calories - Oh well still doing great. Calories were under Spark's guidlines.

Wife and daughter are sick. I pretty much recovered and hopefully will stay healthy.

Next week I plan to ramp things up a little. Enough of this transitional period. Need some real work outs not just walks. Need to eat more quality foods and not just less cookies and candies. Need my wife to get better so we can start living a normal life. Today - we had takeout Chinese. No real option or time.

    I went over today too. Tomorrow is another chance to do better.
